Welcome to Compass Counselling Practice.

We are situated in East and West Sussex.

We have consultation rooms in Brighton and Horsham where we provide individual counselling, counselling for young people, relationship counselling & family counselling.

We also provide low-cost counselling and “mini groups” – small, therapeutic counselling groups facilitated by an Integrative counsellor & group-work consultant.

We offer therapeutic group-work facilitation and consultation to schools, organisations and individuals throughout the south of England.

We are Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellors & members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within the BACP’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
